This Isn't For Everyone

The Battle-Ready System is for people who:

Train even when they’re exhausted

Have inconsistent schedules (military, shift work, life chaos)

Are tired of starting over every few months

Want structure, not guesswork

Want to be held accountable

If you want “easy,” this isn’t it.

If you want consistent progress no matter what life throws at you, keep reading.

Most people fail in training for one reason:

They rely on motivation and perfect conditions.

But real life doesn’t care about your program.

  • deployments

  • long shifts

  • poor sleep

  • stress

  • inconsistent eating

  • mental fatigue

Most programs break the moment life gets difficult.

So progress stops.
Then you restart.
Then repeat.

That cycle kills results.

The Battle-Ready System was built around one idea:

You don’t rise to the level of your goals.

You fall to the level of your systems.

So instead of chasing perfect weeks, we build:

  • structure

  • adaptability

  • accountability

  • consistency under stress

Most coaching programs assume:

  • perfect schedule

  • perfect recovery

  • perfect nutrition

  • perfect consistency

This system is built for the opposite.

Battle-Ready training adapts to:

  • shift work

  • military schedules

  • travel

  • fatigue

  • stress-heavy weeks

  • inconsistent training environments

Instead of restarting when life hits you…

You adjust and keep moving forward.

Built for:

  • Active Duty Military

  • Veterans transitioning into civilian life

  • First Responders

  • Lifters who need accountability

  • People rebuilding discipline

  • Anyone tired of inconsistent progress

If you’ve ever said:

“I know what to do… I just can’t stay consistent”

This is for you.

Inside the Battle-Ready System:

1. Strength Programming
Progressive training built around real strength development.

2. Adaptive Structure
Plans that adjust to your schedule and recovery.

3. Coaching & Accountability
Feedback, check-ins, and adjustments based on performance.

4. Discipline Framework
Simple systems to build consistency outside the gym.

5. Performance Mindset
Training identity, not just training volume.

  • shows up regardless of conditions

  • stays consistent under pressure

  • builds strength that carries over into life

  • develops discipline that doesn’t fade

This is what it means to be Battle-Ready.

Ready to build real structure?

Stop restarting every few months.

Start building consistency that actually lasts.

Client Testimonials

I have been training with Vince for about 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my results. He takes this training very seriously and it shows. I feel like everything I've been given, whether it be a nutrition plan or a workout plan, he gives his full attention too and everything is personalized for me. I've been training in powerlifting for awhile and i wanted to switch to strongman so I could do a competition, and he couldn't have been more receptive. He was extremely excited for my programming, and gave me a very extensive break down of the contest prep and why he chose the programming and diet plan. Everything was based off of what I told him my weaknesses were, and he took care of the rest. Having a coach that is enthusiastic about his job helps me push myself harder, and vince makes training fun, but also interesting due to his depth of knowledge. I know what I'm doing, why I'm doing it, and the long term effects of everything before I even touch a barbell. If you're looking for real results, Vince is the guy to go to.
You don't train with someone for years unless they're the best, and that's exactly what Vince at Gladiator Strength is. The results I've achieved are proof that his methods work. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, and no matter your specific fitness goals, I highly recommend him. Stop searching and start training!

I’ve been training with Gladiator Strength since the beginning of 2024 and within a year, my squat, bench, and deadlift all shot up by at least 80-100 lbs. I had been strength training on and off for about 5 years, but i kept having to stop due to injuries that were causing immense pain and discomfort, mainly my shoulders and back. Vince was and is a technical expert when it comes to reviewing breakdowns in form and structuring the tailored programming to best accomplish your fitness goals in any area you want to improve on.

Jack T.

Absolutely the best personal trainer! I’ve lost 10lbs in two months and my strength continues to go up every week with Vince’s help! He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and will figure out what works best for you! He explains everything well and I never wonder why we are doing something a certain way. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone no matter your goals!
